Processing time

I aim to process orders for items that are in stock within three business days. Custom orders and commissions may take longer depending on the nature of the order. This will be communicated at the time you place your order.

Shipping destinations

At this time I can only ship within the UK.

Shipping rates and delivery estimations

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

I offer two shipping options:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: next working day (including Saturdays)

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 business days (including Saturdays)

Order tracking

Once I have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your parcel’s progress.

Packaging

Your stained glass will be carefully packaged in a cardboard box. Your flowers come in a box that will fit through your letter box. Great care is taken with packing to protect your order, minimise the risk of damage during transit, and ensure your glass arrives safely. In the unlikely event of any damage during transit, please let me know by email within 24 hours of receiving your order.
