This Peak District landscape was inspired by the view from Curbar Edge back across the moor towards Higger Tor. It measures 14 cm by 14 cm and is finished with black patina. I’ve used a mixture of textured and streaky stained glass to capture the colours of the sandstone and rugged, hilly landscape. Each piece is unique due to the nature of the glass used. Tiny white flowers made from delicate wirework and glass beads adds detail to the foreground.
